What happens to your inquiry

The form collects your name, email, selected services and any optional details you enter. Lisa uses this information to respond, understand your needs and discuss the scope and fee.

Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible through Lisa’s restricted management area. A new-inquiry notification is sent to Lisa’s Gmail address. This form does not accept document uploads. Sending an inquiry does not establish an engagement.

How long inquiry information is kept

For inquiries that do not lead to an engagement, the retention period is 12 months after the last contact. If there is no further contact, the period starts on the inquiry submission date. Lisa handles deletion manually; this website does not currently perform automatic deletion. Records for clients who engage Lisa are managed separately from this inquiry policy.

To request a correction or deletion of your inquiry, contact info@lisachencpa.com. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or tax documents in this form.
